How the Raffle Works
During Pantastic Week, you can earn tickets in two ways:
- Individual Courses: Each course you purchase earns you 1 ticket. Tickets are cumulative, so the more courses you buy, the more chances you have to win.
- The Academy: Subscribing to the Monthly Academy gives you 1 ticket, while subscribing to the Annual Academy unlocks 12 tickets, giving you the best chance to win.

The prize draw will take place on December 3rd, 2024, live on our social media channels. (Details about the draw will be sent to all participants by email.)
The number of entries you’ve earned, either by signing up or purchasing courses, will determine how many times your name appears in the draw. For each prize, a random number will be generated using random.org. If the number matches one of your ticket numbers, congratulations—you’ve won!
The process will be repeated for each prize.
We will announce the winners in three ways:
- Live on our social media accounts on December 3rd, 2024.
- By email—a full list of winners will be sent to all participants.
- Personal email—each winner will also receive a personal email with details on how to claim their prize.
If you miss the live event on December 3rd, don’t worry! A full list of winners will be emailed to all participants.
Additionally, if you’ve won, you’ll receive a personal email with specific details on how to claim your prize.
If you’ve already purchased the Academy Pass and win it during the raffle, we will refund your purchase.
Shipping costs are fully covered by MasterTheHandpan, worldwide, so you won’t pay anything for delivery. However, customs fees may apply depending on the shipping origin and your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient (the winner).
Customs fees vary by country and the value of the instrument. Don’t worry, the makers will provide all the necessary information.
Note: Some countries may be subject to restrictions or embargoes. We will do our best to send your instrument wherever you live, but if that’s not possible, we’ll offer access to several courses of equal value to your prize.
No, each handpan or tongue drum is assigned to a specific winner and ticket number. This means you won’t be able to choose the model you win.
