Valerio Menon Instruments

I'm a handpan maker, tuner, and player based in Thun, Switzerland. Passionate about all kinds of music and sound since I'm child, I began playing the handpan in 2012. By the start of 2015, my interest in building handpans surpassed my interest in playing them. Since October of that year, crafting and tuning handpans has become my profession. Over the years, I have been fortunate to create instruments for incredible musicians, including Hang Massive and Jeremy Nattagh, and retuned instruments for others such as Daniel Waples, Laurent Sureau, Mumi, Patrizio Castrovinci, Davide Friello, Bruno Bieri, and more. In addition to my craft, I am the co-creator of the Swiss Handpan Festival and the responsable of the music atelier at the "Aarhus" foundation.
