Break a Leg - Laurent Sureau, Alexandre Lora & David Charrier

Break a Leg - Laurent Sureau, Alexandre Lora & David Charrier

We’re there - it’s handpan day! 🎉

We wanted to celebrate with you guys by sharing "Break a Leg" featuring Laurent Sureau, Alexandre Lora and David Charrier.

We particularly love this composition because it’s a perfect demonstration of what we love about the handpan. What is better than some buddies, some instruments, and having a blast playing, sharing, laughing and composing together.

‘‘Break a Leg’’ was born last summer. For the backstory, Laurent had just broken his leg, hence the name of the composition. 😀

This video was shot when the taxi sent by Laurent’s insurance company (as he could no longe drive) had just arrived. We asked the driver to step into the studio and wait for 10 minutes while we recorded the song. The taxi driver had never heard of the handpan - he couldn’t believe what he was hearing and he simply loved it.

We hope you do too!
